Our delivery service is via DHL, Royal Mail or Interparcel and is available to anywhere in the EU. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL, Royal Mail or Interparcel. Shipping costs are calculated by weight. Handling and packaging fees are included in a postage price. Delivery time depends on service you choose. For some delivery service we provide you with a shipment tracking number. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If your product has been damaged while shipping, you must contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com
It is the purchasers responsibility to incur all warranty and return shipping charges. We will only refund unwanted goods if they are returned to us in unused original resalable condition within 7 days of delivery. These returns will be subject to a 25% shipping and handling surcharge. If your product becomes defective within the first thirty days of the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange only. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department within thirty days of your invoice and we will provide you with return instructions. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. For all light products, please test product for factory defects prior to installation. Once an attempt of installation has been made, all light products are not exchangeable unless the item becomes defective. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order items. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue an exchange item for the product when your exchange meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
